InnCloud.ai provides Microsoft license optimization consulting, AWS migration services, and related technology advisory services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Microsoft license assessment and optimization
• AWS migration planning and execution
• SQL Server, Windows Server, and .NET modernization
• AWS OLA (Optimization and Licensing Assessment) facilitation
• Technology consulting and advisory services

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting forms or assessments
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or services
• Not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission

5. Assessment and Consultation Services

Free assessments and consultations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the number of free sessions offered per week. Assessment results and recommendations are provided as advisory guidance and do not constitute guarantees of specific outcomes or savings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innovera Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Our services may integrate with or reference third-party platforms including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft. We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or practices of any third-party services. AWS, Microsoft, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
